We sell live plants, seeds, soil & fertilizer, pots & planters, gardening tools, dry flowers & decor, fruits & vegetables, beauty products, toys & games, home decor, and fashion accessories. Our store operates through clitoria.in and is managed by Rakesh Biswas.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Clitoria does not store your card or bank details.

In case of a failed transaction where money is debited, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver pan-India. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Clitoria is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Live plants, perishable goods, and personalised items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without written permission from Clitoria.
