1. Overview
At Clitoria, we take great care in packing and shipping every order — whether it's a live plant, beauty product, fashion item, or home decor piece. We deliver all across India and ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
2. Shipping Locations
We deliver to all states and union territories across India.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery may not be available to certain remote pin codes. You will be notified at checkout if your location is not serviceable.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current offers.
All shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete payment.
5. Packaging
Live Plants — packed with coir, cushioning material, and ventilated boxes to arrive fresh and healthy.
Beauty Products — bubble-wrapped and secured to prevent leakage or breakage.
Fashion & Home Decor — folded neatly and packed in protective poly bags or boxes.
Gardening Tools & Heavy Items — wrapped with bubble wrap and strong corrugated boxes.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Use the tracking number on the courier partner's website to check live delivery status.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, share a photo or video within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after reviewing your complaint.
If your shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate and resolve within 7 business days.
8. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin
If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If the package is returned to us (RTO), re-shipping charges will apply.
Live plants returned to origin cannot be reshipped and are not eligible for refund due to their perishable nature.
9. Delays & Exceptions
Clitoria is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather, public holidays, or courier partner issues. During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.) delivery may take 1–2 extra days.
