1. Overview
At Clitoria, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully before raising a return request.

2. Return Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
To raise a request, send a photo or video proof to us via WhatsApp or email within the 48-hour window.

3. Valid Reasons for Return
Product arrived damaged or broken during transit.
Wrong product delivered — different from what you ordered.
Product is defective or not working (applicable for tools, toys, beauty items).
Live plant arrived dead or severely damaged due to shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Change of mind — we do not accept returns if you simply changed your mind.
Live plants that were healthy on delivery but died due to improper care after receipt.
Perishable items like fresh fruits and vegetables once delivered.
Used, washed, or altered fashion and beauty products.
Items with broken seals or opened packaging (beauty & personal care).

5. How to Raise a Return Request

Take a clear photo or video of the damaged or wrong product immediately after opening.

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm whether it is approved.

Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please share your bank details when raising the request.

7. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch the replacement product within 2–3 business days after your return is approved. Replacement shipping is completely free of charge.
